Having never purchased a home before now I felt very comfortable dealing/speaking with Annie. The cottage I ultimately purchased is about 2 hrs from where I currently reside so my availability to view was limited by my schedule. Annie made time for me and offered good advice on who was available to perform my home/septic inspections plus gave me plenty of info on a vast array of services in the immediate area which I really appreciated. Any hiccups in the process were not as a result of her being less than what should be expected in such a major event in one's life. As she gets more experienced in her field she will no doubt become better at recognizing potential pitfalls that might/might not slow the process down......that being said, I enjoyed working with her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for their place in the Adk Mtns, whatever the price point!
